Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
Welcome to Nepal! Our representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Trek preparation and sightseeing in Kathmandu
Spend the day arranging permits and checking gear. Optional sightseeing of UNESCO sites such as Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710m) – 8 hrs
Begin your journey with a scenic drive through the Trishuli Valley and hillside villages to Soti Khola. Overnight at a local lodge.
Day 04: Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900m) – 6 hrs
Cross suspension bridges, trek past waterfalls and small villages. Enjoy views of rice terraces and rugged cliffs. Overnight in Machha Khola.
Day 05: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340m) – 6 hrs
The trail passes through narrow gorges, Tatopani hot springs, and into the conservation area. Overnight in Jagat.
Day 06: Trek from Jagat to Deng (1,860m) – 7 hrs
Trek through lush forest, stone steps, and Gurung villages, with glimpses of Siringi Himal. Overnight in Deng.
Day 07: Trek from Deng to Namrung (2,630m) – 6 hrs
The trail climbs through alpine forests and mani walls. Enjoy views of mountains and Tibetan Buddhist culture emerging. Overnight in Namrung.
Day 08: Trek from Namrung to Lho (3,180m) – 4 hrs
Climb gradually through forested trails, with spectacular views of Manaslu and Manaslu North. Visit the famous Ribung Gompa. Overnight in Lho.
Day 09: Trek from Lho to Samagaon (3,520m) – 4 hrs
Pass through Shyala and finally reach Samagaon, one of the biggest settlements in the region. Explore monasteries and enjoy views of Manaslu. Overnight in Samagaon.
Day 10: Acclimatization and exploration in Samagaon
Take a rest and acclimatization day. Options include hiking to Manaslu Base Camp or the serene Pungyen Gompa. Overnight in Samagaon.
Day 11: Trek from Samagaon to Samdo (3,875m) – 4 hrs
A short and scenic hike to the Tibetan village of Samdo, offering grand mountain views and yak pastures. Overnight in Samdo.
Day 12: Trek from Samdo to Dharmasala (4,460m) – 4 hrs
Climb towards Larkya La Pass base camp. Stay in basic mountain lodges. Rest well before the big pass crossing. Overnight in Dharmasala.
Day 13: Cross Larkya La Pass (5,160m), trek to Bimtang (3,720m) – 8 hrs
A challenging but rewarding day. Cross the Larkya La Pass with panoramic views of Himlung, Cheo Himal, Kang Guru, and Annapurna II. Descend to Bimtang. Overnight in Bimtang.
Day 14: Trek from Bimtang to Tilije (2,300m) – 6 hrs
Descend through rhododendron forests and river valleys to Tilije, a large Gurung village. Overnight in Tilije.
Day 15: Trek from Tilije to Dharapani (1,963m) – 4 hrs
Short and pleasant walk down to Dharapani, where you officially exit the Manaslu region and enter the Annapurna Circuit trail. Overnight in Dharapani.
Day 16: Drive from Dharapani to Besisahar – 6 hrs
A scenic drive down to Besisahar through hilly roads and riverside villages. Overnight in Besisahar.
Day 17: Drive back to Kathmandu – 6 hrs
Return to Kathmandu by private vehicle. Check into your hotel and enjoy a hot shower. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 18: Free day in Kathmandu
Relax, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy optional tours around the valley. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 19: Final departure
Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey
- Twin-sharing accommodation on B/B basis at Kathmandu as per itinerary. During the trek accomodation on B/B basis & trekking guide, helper, porter. trekking permit and national park conservation fees.
