Everest  sherpa village  trek This is one of the most popular trekking regions in Nepal. The region has not only the highest mountain in the world but has a rich cultural heritage & picturesque natural scenery. Three of the worlds highest peaks dominate the skyline and the trek enhance rich feast of culture and people amid the world's most stunning views of the Himalayas. You'll visit the Everest Base camp and get a chance to explore Kathmandu. There's also a range of diverse treks, taking in places like Sherpa trail Everest base camp  from via Jiri-Kharikhola-Namche -Everest base camp-Lukla -kathmandu

Day 01: Prior to landing at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you could have some excellent views of snow capped mountains, after custom clearance, meet with our tour coordinator and transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Final preparation day at Kathmandu.

Day 03: Early morning drive from Kathmandu to Jiri 190 km, it takes about 08 hours journey with driving. Overnight stay at Jiri 1905 meter, this is a central village of this area. The Tamangs, Sherpas, Chetri and other various communities are living together in this village.

Day 04:After breakfast, commence trek through a wonderful Everest trail, cross over the small ridge, you can see beautiful views of whole Jiri village. Descends to the bank of Kimiti Khola, cross the suspension bridge to Shivalaya 1877 meter. Overnight stay at Shivalaya/ Deurali.

Day 05: Climb steeply up the ridge towards a pass of 2240 meter and then descends to the village of Chyangma, it is called also Bhandar 2194 meter. From north the trail follows Likhu khola for some time crosses it by bridge. Continue up the east bank of the river to reach village of Kenja 1630 meter. Overnight stay Bhandar/ Kenja.

Day 06: The longest climb of the trek begins. The first of the climb is steep. As you climb higher the assent becomes less steep. The walk is mostly through rhododendron forest which offers spectacular views of blooming rhododendron flowers in the late spring.  Before reaching Sherpa village, the trail leads north to hill and continue climb up till the Lamjura pass and reaches at Sete. Overnight stay at Sete.

Day 07:  The trail continues to climb towards the pass followed by descent through forest to a small village of Tagboduk 2860 meter. Descends gradually to Junbensi 2675 meter. Overnight stay at Junbensi.

Day 08: From the Junbensi trail crosses a stream, and then climbs over the Salang ridge, reaching an elevation 3050 meter. From several points to the eastern side of the ridge provides excellent views of Khumbu Himal. Trail descends to Ringmo Khola and ascends to Ringmo village 3071 meter. The steep descends to Nunthala through pine forest where possibility to observe birdlife is. Overnight stay at Nunthala 2320 meter.

Day 09: The trail continues descends to Dudh Koshi and crosses it by bridge. The trail climbs up northwards through the village of Jubing to Khari Khola on the way you can see beautiful views of Khumbila 5761 meter and Dudh Koshi (river of Milk). Overnight stay at Khari Khola.

Day 10: The trail from Khari khoala descends to village Kharte. The walking through forest to Paiyun village 2830 meter, the village is surrounded by forest. Overnight stay at Paiyun.

Day 11: After breakfast commence trek through a wonderful terrain, you will finally reach Lukla. The trail followed the Dudh Koshi River upstream along the east bank, the village of Phakding 2640 meter.  Overnight stay at Phakding.

Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3440 meter, it takes about 06-07 hours walking from Phakding. The trail continue climb up along with the west bank of river until the village of Benkar is reached. On the way you can enjoy with beautiful valley and Thamserku Mountain (6623 meter), cross the bridge and now trail enters Shagarmatha National park at the village of Jorsale.  From Jorsale the trail continue follows the east bank of Dudha Koshi to the foot hill below Namche begins. Cross the suspension bridge, the first section is steep ascent and from half way climbed up, the views of Mount Everest attracted and continue walk through conifer forest with sightseeing wonderful views of Rolwaling Himal and reach at Namche Bazarr, the village is the administrative centre of the northern region of Solu-Khumbu district. Overnight stay at Namche Bazaar.

Day 13: Acclimatizing day at Namche Bazaar.

Day 14: Trek to Tenboche 3967 meter, it takes about 06-07 hours walking from Namche Bazaar. The first part of trail follows descends about 250 meter down to the Dudha Koshi bank and it climbs up about 670 meter to reach Tenboche, on the way you can enjoy with magnificent views of Thamserku, Khantega 6799 meter, Ama Dablam 6812 meter, Lhotse ,  Mount Everest and beautiful valley. Overnight stay at Tenboche. The village is famous for it's the largest Monastery and viewing spot.

Day 15: Trek to Dingboche 4280 meter, it takes about 06-07 hours walking from Tenboche. The journey starts down the stone steps, through conifer and rhododendron forest, pass small settlement Deoboce which is meandering. The river of Imja Khola is crossed at narrow cliffs by suspension bridge, and then trail follows ascent on the western bank of river to the village of Pangboche and above the village, the trail passes numerous pastures before reaching Dinboche valley. Overnight stay at Dinboche. 

Day 16: Trek to Lobuche 4930 meter, it takes about 06-07 hours walking from Dinboche village. The journey begins descent to Pheruche and then climbs up the slope to the west and continues to the north to a small settlement of Thukla and then trail ascends along the side of the Glacier to Lobouche. Overnight stay at Lobuche.

Day 17: Early morning Excursion to Kalapathar 5560 meter. (Dark brown hill). From the summit of the dark brown hill provides magnificent views of snowy mountains views including Mount Everest and Khumbu Glaciers. Returns to Lobuche for overnight.

Day 18: Trek descends to Pheruche 4215 meter; it takes about 05-06 hours walking from Lobuche. Overnight stay at Lobuche.

Day 19:  Trek to Pangboche 3900 meter. Visit Monastery at Pangboche village.

Day 20: Trek to Khumjung 3700 meter,(03-04 hours walking), this is one of the magnificent village of the Khumu region. There is great chance to explore Yeti skull at Khumjung Monastery, visit School which it has built in the cooperation by Sir Edmund Hillary, Also possible to visit Kunde hospital and you can enjoy with stunning views of snowy mountains. Overnight stay at Khumjung.

Day 21: Trek descends to Lukla.

Day 22:  After breakfast about 40 minutes fly from Lukla to kathmandu. Arrive at Domestic airport and transfer to hotel.

Day 23: Departure to airport.

During the trek Breakfast and Dinner, accommodation at lodges, National Park entrance  fees and trekking Permit, well experienced and trained trekking guide and a porter. Accommodation at Kathmandu as per itinerary.
